Rules
1. Rights and obligations of the parties:
1.1. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes on the server without prior notice to the players. 
1.2. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability for their violation. By confirming your registration on the server, you automatically agree to the rules.
1.3. All players must independently monitor changes in the rules.
1.4. The server administration is not responsible for cases of damage caused as a result of playing on this server.
1.5. The Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to play on the server by a particular person or group of persons.
1.6. The Administration has the right at any time, without explaining the reasons, to stop granting access to the server to a specific user or to the subnet as a whole.
1.7. The Administration is not obliged to return items, accounts, characters or their parameters that were lost by players for any possible reason.
1.8. In case of failures in the server operation, the Administration takes the necessary actions to restore its operability as soon as possible.
1.9. Players are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Administration and the provisions of this agreement.
1.10. The account owner is responsible, regardless of who performed the actions under this account.
1.11. All players are required to monitor for themselves the absence of software prohibited by paragraph 3.1 of the rules on the computers from which access to the game servers is carried out.
1.12. If the user violates any of the provisions of this agreement by other players or GM, the user of the service has the right to file a complaint to the email addresses, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, videos).
1.13. The accounts and all their contents are the property of the server administration.

2. Interaction with the server administration (forum moderators, GM's, developers, scriptwriters, etc.):
2.2.Disrespectful attitude to the server Administration is prohibited.
Penalty: blocking the chat for 24 hours

2.3. Threats, pleas, etc. to the server Administration are prohibited both on the forum and in the game. (for this purpose, it is suggested to use the PM in the game, PM on the forum, or email).
Punishment: toughening of the punishment up to the removal of the account on the forum and in the game.

2.4. It is prohibited to attack GM's without their prior consent.
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for 7 days.

2.8. Deception of the administration is prohibited.
Punishment: from blocking the character for a day to deleting the account on the forum and in the game.

2.9. It is prohibited to publish conversations with the GM, or their content without prior approval.
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

2.12. GM's do not interfere with the game process, except in cases of violation of the rules, scheduled events or ongoing work.
2.13. When a Gamemaster appears in your immediate vicinity, you should suspend any combat actions, especially if they are directed against a character near whom a representative of the administration has appeared.
Punishment: up to 2 days of blocking the character.

2.14. In case of disputes, the player has the right to file a complaint to the email addresses, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, videos).
2.15. It is forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the server and the Administration.
Penalty: deletion of all accounts of the violator.

3. Software usage, gameplay:
3.1. It is forbidden to use programs that emulate the presence of a player in the game or violate the normal functioning of the server software. Such programs are programs that modify the client or replace it, and modify or facilitate the game process using non-game methods. Such as: - showing data about another character not provided by the game developers, for example, HP goals. - automating the game process. - automating the entry into the game after the restart. - using software methods, errors and shortcomings of the game, such as throwing off the target player, temporary discount, etc. The exception is the subscribers of the "Professional" package, whose characters are located in the PIS zone and are used for crafting and trading.

3.2. Unauthorized access to someone else's game account is prohibited.
Penalty: delete all accounts on the forum and in the game.

3.3. Threats in any form towards players are prohibited.
Punishment: up to blocking the account on the forum and in the game.

3.4. It is forbidden to send messages to the general chat that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
Penalty: deleting an account in the game.

3.5. It is prohibited to sell or buy for real money, as well as equivalent "electronic means of payment" (WebMoney, Yandex money, etc.), any game items (game currency, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). The sale of game characters and / or accounts is prohibited in any form, for any game and non-game values. It is forbidden to mention or discuss such transactions in the game, on the forum, as well as on third-party resources.
Penalty: delete all accounts on the forum and in the game.

3.7. It is prohibited to advertise other online games explicitly or indirectly.
Penalty: deletion of all accounts of the violator.

3.8. It is prohibited to publish the content of personal conversations (in private) with anyone without prior consent (the exception is to report a violation of the rules by another player).
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

3.9. Explicitly or indirectly advertise sexual services and / or materials of an erotic (pornographic) nature.
Penalty: deleting an account in the game.

3.10. Any manifestations of racism and Nazism are prohibited.
Penalty: deleting an account in the game.

3.11. Game accounts of users who have not been logged in for more than 90 days in a row are deleted automatically.
3.12. It is forbidden to use the designations of clan wars in the emblems of clans and alliances (This is misleading for players in mass wars).
Punishment: from blocking the clan leader for 7 days to deleting the account and the clan.

3.13. It is prohibited to intentionally create situations in which players cannot allocate NPCs without using the command /target {name}
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

3.14. It is prohibited to intentionally create situations in which players cannot pass through arches, narrow passages, etc.
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

3.15. It is forbidden to pour and sell Honor / reputation points (by repeatedly killing a character)
Penalty: deleting an account in the game.

3.16. Any penetration into the places prohibited by the terms of the game process is prohibited. Examples:
- Characters above level 49 are not allowed to enter Purgatory, Croc Island, or Lizard Island.
- Forbidden to enter the crystal island, the tower of Gabil characters above level 39. - Teleport zone of an outpost / fortress / castle / city where you can't get in without a wyvern.
Penalty: Blocking a character for up to 7 days.

3.18. It is forbidden to use the skill of the Archon / Leader of the race "Punishment of the Archon" for purposes not related to the war for territory. Example: removing characters from hunting grounds, bosses, etc.
Penalty: Ban the character for up to 3 days.

3.19. When using a Wyvern:
1. It is forbidden to enter the castle territory if the castle gate or wall is in an unbroken state.
2. It is forbidden to enter the castle when the castle gates are not broken. 3. It is forbidden to enter the fortress when the gates of the fortress are not broken/closed.
Punishment: From blocking the character for 4 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

4. Use of server errors (bugs):
4.1. Use of server errors (bugs) is prohibited.
Punishment: from deleting an account in the game to deleting all accounts on the forum and in the game.

4.2. It is forbidden to kill monsters when they can not hit the player for a reason caused by methods not provided for in the game.
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

4.3. If you find a new bug, report it to the server Administration via your Personal Account. Help in finding bugs is encouraged.
4.4. It is forbidden to use inaccuracies of geodata or errors of geodata.
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

5. Conversation, naming:
5.1. It is forbidden to flood in public places. Messages about the sale, purchase, exchange, and recruitment to the guild are allowed no more than two in a row for 60 seconds.
Penalty: ban the chat for 1 day.

5.2. It is prohibited to use obscene language and insult players in the game. Moderated by: Shout, Trade, Race Leader chat. Private (PM) chat when insulting parents. White chat - particularly rude insults. Any insults through the title/trade signs, tombstones.
Penalty: from ban chat for 2 days to ban char at the discretion of the administration.

5.3. Names of clans, abbreviations of clans that offend other players or simply contain vulgar language are not allowed. In the case of a clan, the clan is disbanded, and the account of the clan leader is blocked. Names that offend other players or simply contain vulgar language are prohibited. It is prohibited to use the names of political figures who promote Nazi ideology, terrorists, offensive distortions of the names of states, nationalities, nations and other names that violate moral and ethical norms, contribute to the incitement of religious, interethnic and any other "holy" war on the forum.
Penalty: account deletion.

5.4. When creating a character, it is forbidden to give him a name containing reserved words: GM, Administrator and the names of the shard administration, both previously used and real.
Penalty: account deletion.

5.5. Malicious begging (accompanied by speech flood) is prohibited.
Penalty: ban the chat for 1 day.

5.6. It is prohibited to impersonate the Administration or a trusted person of the administration.
Penalty: delete all accounts on the forum and in the game.

5.7. It is forbidden to argue and challenge the actions of the administration. To do this, you can submit a well-founded complaint to the mail via your personal account.
Penalty: ban the chat for 2 days.

5.8. Trading messages in Race Leader Chat are prohibited. Obscene messages are also prohibited.
Penalty: Ban the chat for up to 7 days.

6.1.Any fraudulent activities carried out for the purpose of obtaining money or property of another player are prohibited.
Penalty: deletion of all accounts of the violator on the forum and in the game.

6.2. It is forbidden to use the shortcomings of the game when trading, because the similarity of textures, the removal of things when trading, etc.
Penalty: deletion of all accounts of the violator on the forum and in the game.

6.3. It is forbidden to trade in places where it may cause inconvenience to other players (arches, narrow passages).
Punishment: from blocking the character for 2 days to blocking the account for a period of 14 days.

6.4. The Administration has the right to roll back the transaction if the player contacts the personal account. The possibility of rolling back the transaction is determined by the administration on an individual basis.
Punishment: Ban chara 1-2 days for the return of items.

7. Addition of the rules:
7.1. These rules may be supplemented without notice.
7.2. If a player commits an act that is clearly detrimental to the organization of the game and (or) the gameplay, but is not explicitly stipulated in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a punishment adequate to the committed act(up to the deletion of the account), followed by mandatory changes to its editorial board and public announcement of its decision to impose punishment in such cases on the server's website and (or) on the forum.
7.3. Each player who has confirmed the registration agreement is notified that he must be an adult and capable person, according to the legislation of the player's country. Otherwise, the player must refrain from playing. Remember that in the chat, other players can use insults, obscene language, so you yourself need to deal with restricting the child's access to the server
